I am doing well, the weight is coming off, and I am staying disciplined, although, not to the letter.  I am not eating junk or anything, but I am not following a perfect plan.  I am excited about eating and trying new things.  I barely have a meal when I eat one.  It’s more like a half a meal.  Well to me anyway.  I eat and I am done.  I don’t get full, and I am learning that we are supposed to be that way.  We are so spoiled that we think we have to stuff ourselves to be full.  It is not true.  Being a little hungry feeling is not so bad.  In fact, I am really breaking a mentality about it.  I feel better when I don’t feel struffed or full all the time.

I don’t know what to expect in the week to come.  Part of me is aprehensive cause I am beginning to enjoy what I am doing, and seeing fantastic results.  I have overcome drug addiction and have had to make life changes prior to this.  Although it did take accountability, it didnt take punishment and restriction to conform.  I did no good with that.  In fact, it was more about what I couldn’t have then what I could.  Making people conform doesnt work long term at all.  It only lasts while they have you to do it for them. 

Transformation occurs when a person is willing and accountability is in place.  You tell them what to do, and it is up to them to do it.  There needs to be some sense of liberty as you walk out the process, otherwise it can easily become a miserable experience.

Bottom line, I don’t feel empowered yet in the place of diet, so I have done some reading and taken some liberty to learn on my own.  This is good, cuz I was never able to learn this stuff before.  It was difficult for me.  I still need help and instruction on how to go about it.  Not ridicule and condemnation for maybe making some wrong choices.  In my heart, this is what I am fear.  I pray I am wrong.  We shall see.
